At Visatomu, we proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Shipping Coverage

This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. 

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Visatomu is a U.S.-based business located in Oregon. However, our products are fulfilled and shipped through international logistics partners and warehouses.

Because orders are fulfilled internationally, the shipping origin may differ from the business address listed on our website.

Our Oregon address is our business contact address and is not the location from which orders are shipped.

By placing an order with Visatomu, you acknowledge that your order may be fulfilled and shipped from an international warehouse or fulfillment center.

Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed the following business day.

Once processed, your order will be handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location).

Delivery & Transit Time

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 6–12 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Estimated Total Delivery: 7–14 business days from the order date, depending on your location and warehouse availability.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link to monitor delivery in real time.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, high demand, or carrier issues.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately and our support team will assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away at info@visatomu.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
We’ll investigate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
